Raphlan Medical Associates is conveniently located in Shallowford Commons office complex  near the post office. It is an Internal Medicine Primary Care practice that was founded in 2005.

Our doctor and staff are very caring and dedicated to providing patients with excellent care.

Our board certified internist, Dr. Raphael D Lanade has 32 years experience in patient care and is highly respected  by his peers.

We treat diseases like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, high cholesterol, arthritis, infections and perform minor office surgical procedures like suturing, wound care, incision and drainage of abscesses, ear irrigation and removal of foreign bodies in ears and nose.

​

Our office is equipped with state of the art medical equipments like ultrasound, EKG, Holter monitor, spirometer, etc. and it has office laboratory where blood draw is done and minor office lab tests are performed.

​

We accept most insurance plans including Tenncare and walk-ins are welcome.

​

We are currently accepting new patients and also appreciate referrals. Appointments can be made by phone and on patient portal.
